Made this for Thanksgiving. I found the spice to be a bit ‘raw’ tasting for about the first 3 days (24-hour marination). Then it settled down. After about a week, the flavor changed and it became a bit insipid. So, my conclusion is there is a window. Pretty darn good then. Thanks!
Going for it as my pre-Thanksgiving Dinner cocktail for the family this year. Sounds great. Cheers.
